Wow. This is pretty terrible. Many people saying 'please don't censor this this way - it isn't necessary and can be used to hurt us by petty people who will be put in charge' and then the person who suggested it popping in every now and then saying 'Shh shh shh - I know what's best. We need these rules and people to rule over you. I know it didn't work in other communities, but here's an instance of someone acknowledging it didn't work, (virtually killing the community,) but thanking me for pushing for it. That's reason enough to implement it in this arena as well. If you don't want this, you are one of those people who want to hurt people in this community.'
