You can still download a copy that some internet friends have added some functionality and stuff to. Its still a fantastic and intuitive interface that makes for quick, basic modelling, which can then be sent over to some newer software for cleanup and detailing. I only dabble in 3D myself, but tS was absolutely the best software package out there at the time when it came to being able to quickly model and ease of use.
