You can't ban people you lose arguments to. you can't suppress facts and truth there. everyone needs to be on any platform like that, that isn't afraid to debate. if the only ppl still circle-jerking on reddit are die-hard morons, then great!

you can see where ppl reply to other ppl- tap on what they've replied to and you can follow it back to the beginning.

and as a messaging platform, it is the SHIT. I think once they get video chat, there'll be nothing that beats it. here's a random [screenshot](https://i.imgur.com/js30RIb.png).

it's definitely different from a "thread" type of system, but generally you have a "channel" which might equate to a "sub", with a "discuss" link that'll take you to a chat which equates to the posts. From the channel, each "post" is a potential discussion. There's no narcissistic "up/down vote" system or anything at that point, and it is real-time chat. you can "quote" reply very easily by swiping a comment, creating a sort of thread within the chat that can be followed back to its beginning.
it can be chaotic, depending on the size, but I know of no social media platform less censoring. Even gab began censoring.

Harvard professor Robert Putnam did the largest study in history on multiculturalism (diversity) hoping to show its benefits. You should look it up. This is from a Wikipedia page about criticism of [Diversity](https://i.imgur.com/CYZV5QT.png)
I don't mean look up the wiki, I mean look up the largest most comprehensive study in history. You'll then understand why people in new York do not talk to each other on the street.

It's funny but the people most likely to be banned for "racism" are the people most likely to actually follow rules, and speak the truth.

thanks to integration, many of us white advocates had to grow up in a sea of "cultural enrichment". those of us most intimately aware of what blacks are actually like are usually the most "racist". If you're (colloquial "you") not racist, you're prejudiced. you have "pre judged". You're just ignorant.

the only divide is between today's leftists and reality man. I swear it's like children railing against their fathers. seriously, they're all oppressed by their own imagination (and laziness/incompetence often) or if not, they're on the virtue train signaling that they support the oppressed- where there's no oppression.
which is why they've killed comedy. thanks for that.

y'know, I could be wrong. I mean it's an accurate characterization of the front page default sub community without a doubt (that's 10s of thousands of users), but perhaps there's more of us centrists and conservatives just lurking and whatnot.
edit: I can't. just...it's a joke man. I mean there's a bit of truth to it, which is why it's a funny joke- kinda like calling /TheDonald users all nazis or white supremacists etc.

sadly, this trans person is gonna end up dead pulling that shit. if you know human nature, and men (the "realest" of men lol), it's just the balance of probability. he's lucky you didn't beat the hell out of him. many would.
but here on leftdit, you're not a real man unless you suck a trans while another man does your wife, so... gonna have to wait until a decent platform like gab really takes off.

Ok hold on. This guy is coming into R/jbp and saying "punch fascists", and you're worried anyone is gonna hear him? I'm a big fan of JP, and these lefties are not his fans. This is like if he walked into a biker bar and exclaimed "people should punch bikers more" lol.
Look, fuck that user, ok? But i still think OP is being understandably petty. Man the fuck up.
And on the claim that he's a liar:
What's a lie to you could easily be a truth to another. Just because someone can't eloquently and intellectually lay out what they "know to be true" doesn't necessarily invalidate it. On the off chance that their blubbering may have some important truth to it, i always err on the side of free speech.

Not sure really, but i didn't even really follow who was advocating punching who, but the insistence that someone be banned seemed... i dunno, authoritarian.
