The FireEye Flare team put together an awesome reverse engineering challenge. I worked on this challenge last year. I'm pretty sure I got stuck on challenge 4, but I'm still going to give it a go this year.

You beat me to my suggestion. Microsoft Virtual Academy is pretty good. I searched through my Safari Books subscription, Youtube, and the rest of the entire Internet. Wow. There really isn't much on those topics. I wish I could help you. I guess the only benefit to this post is that you know you shouldn't subscribe to Safari Books to find the training. :/ Sorry OpusMioda....
