No one is saying Reddit *can't* censor people, they're saying they're partisan hypocrites for doing it and who they do it to. If they were really concerned about legal consequences, they wouldn't limit their enforcement to subs of a specific political bent and ignore others doing exactly the same thing. I don't post in T_D and didn't vote for Trump so I don't have a horse in this race, but it's transparent that the admins are incredibly selective and uneven in how they enforce their policies.
