start at the top and work your way down. ignore specialty or proprietary languages. flash is dead HTML, CSS, and Javascript (nothing to do with Java) are used in virtually everything you touch just my .02

but fruit get no disease since they instruct their support to deny it can happen and refuse to advise their clients who simply don't know better, it makes them immune to bugs and flaws and even third party software!

I think the mod was correct. While perhaps relevant to tech culture it is not relevant to programming any more than sneakers was.
