No stickies from td show up on all? They can't post other subs names? They can't tag users? They can't go to other subs because they are preemptively banned, even from default subs?

They are a default, they can't go banning people because they feel like it

The Donald gets as much, and occasionally more traffic than ask Reddit. And ask reddit is fucking huge. It's not a small thing if they shut down
