Comment on: Banned from R/Worldnews for being anti-Israel
I guess they were having nun of that... I'll see myself out.

Comment on: Finally got one - banned from WhitePeopleTwitter for participating in THIS sub
The problem with that is that I had my old account permanently suspended. They were fine with me making a new one, but if I post on any of the subs that my previous account was banned on, ths account will get suspended for circumventing the ban. (Made that mistake by accidentally posting in a sub on my feed and getting my second account suspended).
The problem is that I had my first account for over a decade and as we commonly see here, you can get banned from subs you've never even been to. So I can't remember all the subs that randomly banned me.
What a tangled web we weave. 😅

I was starting to feel left out, but now that I think about it, I may already be banned from there. Is there a way to check?

Check, check, check, aaand check. Lol. To be honest, twoXchromosomes hurt a little. That was the first sub I was banned from and I contributed a fair bit to it back before it became a toxic cesspool of misandry. I was even awarded reddit gold in that sub.
I got to watch it's slow decent into toxicity and was finally banned for a seemingly benign comment. I asked what rule it broke and they said it didn't matter because I clearly don't respect women. When I asked why they thought that I was muted. Probably just caught her attention at the wrong time of the month or something. 🤷♂️

I popped in there out of curiosity after the ban and wow...

I remember the first time that happened to me. It was r/witchesvspatriarchy. I was confused as to how or why a sub I never even visited cared enough to ban me or why I should care.
My response wasn't as colorful as yours, but it did get me muted from the mods for a month. 😅

Doesn't make my comment wrong. I've seen similar instances play out more times than I can count.

First rule for the easily offended. It doesn't matter what you said. It doesn't matter what you meant. It only matters what THEY decided you meant and their initial, knee-jerk reaction is set in stone.
They decided you used such a long version of the acronym to make fun of how long the acronym is and thus YOU offended THEM. No need to clarify, just lash out.
Any attempt at clarification on your part will be interpreted as you talling them they are wrong for being offended, how dare you!
An apology will do no good because there is no forgiveness for those that offend others.
