Scrum structure things into small sprints. A task you would expect to take you a day, will be assigned to you with an alottment of 2 hours.

You end up being forced to rush at an ungodly pace and they have charts that they use to compare if you are keeping up to the task burn down.

the Scrumwise logo looks like someone who hates this shit, but is keeping it together and faking a smile.
