Comment on: No bias at all - none whatsoever. (r/worldnews)
The media is making it seem like the protests are about looting. Fox News said yesterday that African Americans want to loot not fight for their rights. Black on black violence is incredibly painful to everyone but not the main issue right now. Jesus that wasn’t even relevant. But trump is picking and choosing his own fake news with his Twitter, press briefings, and Fox News. What sources of news do you consume? Did the “fact check” on trumps lies make you do more research and see that he was literally lying again? Or is that to you more liberal fake news

Bro clearly we aren’t going to meet in the middle but if you think trump is actually a decent president rn you can swallow all the fake news you want
He’s going to be the worst president in history- unbiased fact and I hope when you are a little older you’ll see how dangerous his campaign of misinformation was.

Well, historically no but trump supporters are actually strengthened by people disagreeing with them meaning real news just reconfirmed their fake news bias- again censorship. And yes ofc reddit is bad with censorship I agree.

I didn’t say he deletes anything. A fake news bias allows political opponents to feed news that helps them and deny news that hurts them exclusively. It’s why if you have a news bubble on Facebook and Twitter you won’t get “real” news and just believe his news effectively censoring a wider voice and just allowing followers to live in that bubble.
Edit: here’s an article that summarized the dangers and similarities:
