I use Reddit for memes, shitposting, cooking, and pictures of bread stapled to trees. I don’t take political posting seriously at all because I can not reliably trust any user I see. They may be from another country, a troll, 10 years old, a misinformation agent, or a bot. Hell, I’m a part of that problem, I shitpost on political discussions all the time and on only one account (I swear!). Reddit and all social media is a joke, and shouldn’t be taken seriously only because nothing anyone says in the comments can be verified accurately.

Malinformation is the new word. You are using truthful information to change the narrative to a harmful outcome. You no longer need to lie to create a harmful message, and your speech must be silenced for the greater good.

It’s malinformation, it might be truthful but it’s important that the truth not get out or it can become harmful.
