Yep the tags are a bit suspicious - but if you look at the tags on the counter far behind, it seems like they use the same type of tags throughout the store. Some commenters also pointed out which store it was (a Cleaning Supplies store in Michigan), and the owner actually advertised the price on its Google Maps entry and defended by price with "We still are the only Store that has Hand Sanitizer"...
