In my more than 20 years of programming experience, I met ONE woman - yeah, just one - who was actually fucking good at her job. Just the one - no others. Reality check: she fucking hated all the other women in programming, because they were fucking awful and nothing more than diversity hires. Get her trust and she'd rail against these cunts like there was no tomorrow because they shit on real women who actually wanted to program, and used their pussies to get their jobs, and get a leg up on the corporate ladder. She fucking despised and loathed them because they couldn't do their fucking jobs, and would simply fuck themselves into a high position.
Eventually she got so sick of it (being passed over time and time again because she wouldn't cheat on her husband) that she quit, became and full-time housewife/mother/home-schooler, and had zero regrets whatsoever. I did, because she actually did the shit I asked her to do, and then some, but seeing her with her kids...I couldn't fault her. She was an awesome fucking mom....
