To the contrary of the downvotes you received I don't disagree. If the person sufficiently passes as a man, i.e. isn't just a obnoxious girl in *trans mood* doing it for attention or to intentionally piss people off, or obviously mentally disturbed girl, then I have no problem treating them as a man. But my line is quite close. The moment the persons demands me to use 'they' or those x- pronouns or any other shit, I'm calling them out on it and breaking any association.

People born female are female. They may try to assume different gender role to try and cope with mental disorder but that's about that.
