Black players are over represented 4x in the NFL. The NFL needs to cut 43% of black players to reach equality.

That’s not equality, it’s equity. Equality would mean the league would have to cut most black players as black people make up only 13% of the population but are massively over represented in the NfL.

Considering America is made up of many races, it’s weird the league is mostly black. They should force teams to hire more white Asian and Latino players.
