Black coaches are represented at about or above the population in general. Why should they be over represented?

And you don’t have a problem with black supremacy in picking players?

Wrong. And why shouldn’t the best coach get the coaching job?

It’s telling that you see nothing wrong with most sports leagues being majority black but you see something wrong with white people simply existing.

Giving a leg up to black coaches isn’t equal quality of outcome.

Black players are over represented 4x in the NFL. The NFL needs to cut 43% of black players to reach equality.

That’s not equality, it’s equity. Equality would mean the league would have to cut most black players as black people make up only 13% of the population but are massively over represented in the NfL.

Considering America is made up of many races, it’s weird the league is mostly black. They should force teams to hire more white Asian and Latino players.
