I don't know, your programming language is so unpopular that I have to look it up. The reason why Facebook uses it for it's anti-spam filter program is because nobody knows about it!!

Split opinion bro, think about big companies who can't get long term programmers. OOP allows new programmers to reuse classes made by old programmers, thus corps can hire massive H1B visas!!

Lowercase, most cryptography encryption keys are already long. (256 bits), making it capital would make it longer. I like shorter keys.
