What the fuck is he showing to the poor cat? I need to know.

I want to add that the people pushing for codes of conduct for the FreeBSD project, or trying to get that other guy kicked out of the project, do not seem to understand how the open source communities work.

Most interactions are like:

• Do you have the unit tests ready?

• Does the new code pass the tests?

• What can't you figure out?

• Is Jeff/Rick/Ton available to merge the changes?

• Are we on schedule to release on Friday?

• etc.

At no point the political views of anyone come up. Everything is very aseptic and related to the work that needs to be done. Why are these people trying to contaminate open source projects with stuff that has nothing to do with writing code??
