This is not really happening. Jacky boy spoke about this years ago on the Joe Rogan podcast with Tim Pool and the project was never built during the~2years since then.
It's a PR move to buy time and prevent the regulation of Twitter.

A friend of mine works at Google. According to him, on the computer they give you an 'agent' program is installed that tracks every single thing you do on that machine.
These staff members should have used their brains and used encrypted Signal group chats to communicate about their activities.
