Getting a development for Python set up is not that hard. If you can't do it, programming isn't for you...you're going to encounter many more difficult problems.

I had to work my ass off to get where I am, but I work from home, make my own hours, and am a productive badass...the company I'm working for needs me, I've got them by the balls. I honestly can't imagine going back to a real job.
This is all true. I get around it by building shit web apps for small companies. There are downsides to this but: 1) I don't compete with Pajeets 2) I make less but I live in a less expensive area 3) My job is pretty chill
