I looked at this, but due to some constraints from Hippa, I'm wary on installing this. I can eliminate all the telemetry information, but documentation states that those don't survive updates. I don't trust myself to remember to turn everything off every time I update my programs.

Its been a lot of stuff on twitter, the costume thing is one of the issues I have. then there is the uninstall comments for various reason on the twitter feed.
