I’ve seen screenshots of people being banned from left wing subs for no reason so I don’t doubt it’s happening there too, but as a centrist who regularly debates people on both sides, it’s only conservative and MAGA subs I’ve ever had issue with. For instance, I got permabanned and called a “socialist” by the modteam of the Gavin McInnes subreddit because I said “no proof has ever been found of election meddling, it’s just not there”.

I’ve been banned from every right wing run sub for offering my dissenting opinion respectfully and trying to have an honest discourse. Don’t even pretend the right is open to different opinions, they’re a cult at this point.
