Too lazy to read the article. Can someone elaborate how does one get infected by this? Is it by merely browsing with the Chrome browser?

All large countries should follow suit otherwise this is meaningless. China is a global henchman and has enough clout to take on entire continents, individual countries like India and Australia are struggling in their lone efforts to fight this dragon, they should shake hands and make united efforts.
