Comment on: Banned for asking a question. Pathetic TBH. Now i question my political beliefs, am i on the wrong team? All the censorship regarding my political group is making me question it.
I can speak from experience that r/conservative is run by real pieces of shit. I had a post pulled from there because I said Matt Walsh is a boomer on video games, and the mod said that he wouldn't reapprove if I rephrased because I'd insulted his hero, so I said how very leftist of you. Cue permanent ban and monthlong mute.

> Pretty much all of the deadly school shootings are done with ARs and boys under 21 yrs old.
I don't know where you got that claim from, but it's [laughably false](https://www.thetrace.org/newsletter/mass-shooting-gun-type-data/).
You also seem to believe that buying a gun involves nothing more than going into a gun store with money in hand and walking out with a rifle. A number of 'journalists' have [set out](https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/columnist-fails-gun-check-blames-store-owners) to demonstrate [that principle](https://www.businessinsider.com/walmart-gun-buying-review-virginia-store-2019-8#overall-the-experience-left-me-with-the-impression-that-buying-a-gun-at-walmart-is-more-complicated-than-i-expected-and-that-walmart-takes-gun-sales-and-security-pretty-seriously-13), and have been proven wrong. Those stories are surprisingly hard to find though, because they don't want people like you to know better.

Comment on: Mods over at r/science steering away at the narrative
Why is this post even allowed on /r/science? This isn't research, it's a survey. Are we going to start calling pollsters scientists now?

Comment on: Your unpopular opinion is hereby censored
Why take the word of a screenshot, when you can just [find the post](https://old.reddit.com/r/unpopularopinion/comments/dyl005/working_in_an_office_of_mostly_or_all_men_is_far/) and see that it's not censored at all.

Comment on: /r/OutOfTheLoop mods remove a perfectly rule-abiding answer because it doesn't follow their narrative, despite the comment having a gold and platinum. Remember, Reddit moderator rules specifically forbid moderation based on personal opinion.
They don't delete answers because better answers have been posted, that doesn't make any sense. If that were the case, the comments of a thread there would be even more of a graveyard than r/askhistorians

Comment on: Can we talk about r/politics
That's actually the problem, the people who post on that sub actually think that the counterpart to it is the_donald. I've seen people claim that because /r/The_Donald, an open fansub, bans people for speaking ill of the president, it's okay for them to behave the same way.

Comment on: /r/news mods at it again, censoring away wrongthink on a thread about the Muslim NM child killers being granted bail. Remember, they censored, locked, and removed the original thread reporting when this first hit the news.
Yeah, but most of the defaults are trash because they get flooded with new users that don't know or don't bother to read the rules, not because they have an obvious bias that they pretend doesn't exist.

Comment on: Reddit is Censoring R/Politics - Makes R-Politice a Left Wing Hellhole
I'm pretty sure they believe it. I've seen people defend it as if it was legit for it to be a counter to /r/The_Donald, despite not being an open advocacy page, and for having done it a lot longer than /r/The_Donald has existed.

Months? I came to reddit two years ago, and it was already a shithole then.

Comment on: /r/socialism bans all Venezuelan redditors from its megathread about Venezuela
What was it's original meaning? Strange? Oh yeah, I guess that's what it was. I think the only time I've ever heard it used in that context was in the Cremation of Sam Mcgee, and that's only fresh in my mind because every know and then I like to listen to [Johnny Cash recite it](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJNZwuamwj0).

I don't seem to be banned, and I don't know why. I'm a fairly active user of a lot of the subs that get you auto banned, like KIA, TIA and The_Donald.
