I've decided to buy a smart tablet as a backup laptop substitute and I've shortlisted these two:

Both come with Windows 8 and a quad core Atom chip and a 1GB RAM. Though both the spec and cost of Dell Venue look good to me compared to HP Stream, I'd like your opinion on this. Which one is better?
