What is Y.H.O.O.L. ?

Y.H.O.O.L. is a custom mod of a popular MMORPG which will completely change the way you play MMORPGs.

We are mainly recruiting programmers at the moment (C++, PHP).

PS : Before commenting, have a read on the website, almost all your questions are answered there. And no, it's not Diablo+WOW, nor DayZ/H1Z1 on WOW. It's much more.

a modification of World of Warcraft. It's not a basic copy of the original game.

What are the technical aspects of this, are you programming the game up from scratch and then using the art from WoW or working on a disassembled version of the client?
