I've been playing around with the idea of making a simple little app that allows me to rename and repartition the calendar year. For example (13 months of the year with 28 days each + New Years). Is there any way to have my google apps use my personal calendar names, holidays, and time representation?

The conversion UTC to ZestyTime should be somewhat trivial, but I'm not sure there if is a way to plug my data into the OS so other apps can use/display my custom naming.

Any thoughts/ideas?
