Hi. I want to test a local version of voat and created databases, users, edited the config file accordingly and finally build the solution. When I run the website on my localhost it takes some time and shows the above mentioned error message.

Voat is under heavy load. Please try again in a few minutes.

What cause this? Is it a problem with databases ? Please help.
