I have designed a voting system based on blockchain technology that allows verifiable anonymous voting. I have a business partner who is on standby to handle the business end of it. I need some developers to help me bring it to life. I can code a mockup, but I need someone who has experience with blockchain to help with the white paper for the crypto backend. I would like to do a kickstarter primarily to fund the development but also to fund recruitment of someone who could actually get the system sold to various state entities.

My experience with coding goes back to PERL, but I am comfortable now with PHP and Python web development and pretty good with SQL. I am slow with interfaces, however my design is very well fleshed out.
