I like it, one thing I would change would be the padding of the down/upvotes on the right. I feel as though they are too close to the side. Maybe have the point of the arrows align with the options button at the top? Otherwise it's nice and clean, good job.

I can't tell the active/inactive states of the vote arrows by the colours.
I'd suggest having "/v/" in front of the subverse names as it makes it immediately clear that it is a subverse name, and not say a username. Also nice for Voat's branding.
I would add vertical list dividers, and possibly change the text color to be a bit whiter. It looks pretty clean though, very easy to read the content. (Also I'm famous, my post is in the screenshot).
Is there a subverse for design or anything like that? I'd be interested in finding one if there is.
