There are some architectures that don't have a hardware divide, but this seems silly. You could build up all the operators out of boolean logic if you really wanted to.
On today's episode of "do my homework for me". Half surprised it got so many answers, but it is Stack Overflow after all, where everyone is eager to show how much smarter they are than everyone else.

I like the second answer. And in that vein, here's my answer - Change the '45' to whatever number you wish to divide. :D
