Something super simple flowchart looking that basically just a step up from pen and paper. Something that looks like this, and NOT this.

Should be free, or a few bucks, or available on that site we wont mention where everything is free. PC so i can print it and check stuff in bed rather than a mobile app. Especially since im on Windows phone. Tnx.

Would draw.io suit you? Its not really for workflow management but you can make fancy pants flowcharts and diagrams while keeping it neat.

IDK if its useable on Windows Phone but you can save it as your work an xml file you can then upload and continue working on it so you could use it to update any progress.

Looks cool, I'll see if i can find something more "automatic" this week, if not it would actually do the trick even tho its not really made for this purpose. Think i could make it work. Tnx.

I generally use pen and paper. What you have there looks kind of like a mind-map, so have a look through these; Wikipedia - mindmap.

I've been doing that so far but i wanted the ability to easily shuffle things around when i mess up.

I found a few programs but they were all niche and because of that, up to a thousand bucks, yet not available at torrent. Ended up using draw.io that @Gamio suggested. It's not super automatic but once you create a few templates, its easy to work with.
