A good noise reducing headset is also a good option, I know when I was sifting code for my mistakes drowning out the outside world was very useful.
They couldn't find an affiliate link that had mechanical keyboards?
How about a nice desk light?
I disabled the Fluorescent lights in the ceiling above my desk because of the glare.. It took about 3 years before maintenance tried to replace them.
