Yeah, React 16 may run in web browsers, but web browser run in operating systems. It's been a while since I last tried ReactOS, but its got some level support for web browsers, so it'd be interesting to hear how well it works in those web browsers in their current state within ReactOS; not for any practical purpose, but simply because it'd be cool to bo able to say that React 16 is 100% supported in ReactOS.

With the non-compete clause and the fact that it's made by jewbook is enough for me to never use react.

React 16 is for browsers, it doesn't have much to do with ReactOS. I'm not sure what you mean.
