Blockchain question: "Acronis Notary" limits?

(Put to programming because it may contain software responses)

Acronis True Image Premium has something called: "Acronis Notary"

https://www.acronis.com/en-us/blockchain-data-authentication/

Basically you upload a file, then they take a fingerprint of that file including the filename, timestamp,..... and use blockchain to spread it all over the world on as many servers possible.

But here is the question:

  • If I upload my complete drive to that folder that then gets uploaded to the cloud to get finger printed, all 1.5 million of files? Does it bring the blockchain to a halt?
  • If I use it to sign source code, as I develop, I create many commits per day, so every file will get a huge history, will that right down the block chain?

They are using Etherium
