Community edition have all the same features as premium edition and its free if you are in team of 5 or less or as many as you want working on open source.
Personally after using 2015 RC I can't go back to 2013. :)
I haven't had a chance to work with it yet. I've read that C++ intellisense has gotten a lot of improvements, I can't wait to check this out! I hope it works out of the box with UE4, although I doubt it and we'll have to wait a week or two.

Not far off. I guess I'll have to take a look and see what's changed since 2013 version. Looks like I get a free copy? Interesting...

Hm, kinda silly if you already have a license then I guess. Now they give it away free lol. Oh well.

Well if you are a company who are more than 5 people you have to pay, unless you work on open source software or is a school.
I guess it is to allow people to learn how to use visual studio while having almost all the features :)

How are they going to further discourage the use of Emacs keybindings?

I still happen to develop on VS 2010 Express and it fits the bill pretty well.

Is there a downloadable ISO, or do you have to go through all the download nonsense every time Windows needs to be reinstalled?

I'm sure they will have an ISO.
