Since yesterday my Win 10 won't switch off automatically, because it says that some app is still running in background and is preventing the switching off of the computer. I think it's a virus, because the program running is invisible. Is there any way to find out this invisible program that is running in background? Both Norton and Malwarebytes say the pc is clean. The Eset NOD 32 says there is some shit under "Win" that looks malicious, but won't specify.
