A copmpany is naturally inclined in "capturing" a customer
It is not the programmer that makes things "complicated", it is sales and marketing and what they say is that if you provide "unique content" then the end user is happy an "loyal" -> to provide "unique content" quite often you need to "play the rules", happens.
It all boils down to how "smart" the user base is, looking at facebook users and how thay share the most intimate things...

My solution, get rid of this SCRUM and fire all those developers that had a SCRUM certification. Your productivity becomes 10 fold.
