I don't know if you realized it, but the banner is majorly cut off on the top and bottom. Not only that, but the code on it is noobish. I propose we replace it with this:

Edit: I wondered why no mods had responded after almost a day, It looks like most mods haven't even posted a comment in over a year. The others don't seem very active either.

Edit 2: They day is won! A mod not only responded, but used my CSS! What a glorious day!
