Gui for python

Does anyone have a gui framework(?) they can recommend that lets me fully customize the appearance of its elements?

My favorites are ironpython and pyqt.

Thanks I had a look at PyQt but was put off by the commercial license. I'll give PySide a look.

PyQt also has a GPL license if you release your application under GPL https://wiki.python.org/moin/PyQt/PyQtLicensing
