I have code uploaded to GitLab, but who would you suggest for hosts?
I seem to remember GoDaddy had a tissy-fit when people used words they didn't liked.

From what I remember, Digital Ocean didn't care much. Many spammers and automated vulnerability attacks tend to be run from their infrastructure. But, this is from 3+ years ago. Things might have changed. It could be good to do a bit of research on them.
