I’ve always thought the cloud was a retarded idea. Watched companies begin selling it and didn’t invest any money into them. Fuck I missed out on a lot of profit. Still think it’s asinine though
The "cloud" is just somebody else's computer. Sheeple don't understand that because of the marketing and the sense of anonymity that the faceless corporations give them.
Based on the terrible shitstorm of crap that is Adobe Creative Cloud (required for at least the install/updates of Adobe subscriptions) they're doing these users a favor.
