Never really understood the whole "rest reminder" shit. As a programmer, it would just irritate the shit out of me to be interrupted if I was making progress on something. I tend to work in bursts. Sometimes only an hour , other times it could be 6hrs straight. Get a lot done in that time, then spend more time getting basically nothing done.
Although many programmers don't like to be interrupted at work, it's still important to use a full-screen reminder(such as LiR) to force regular breaks.
I think every programmer needs such a timer, but this is a free society, and people have the right not too much care about their health, right?

Same but I still get RSI bugging me. Split keyboard helped but mouse hand is a bitch to get over.
