Comment on: Anyone notice the trend in subs that ban people
Yup, there’s a guy arguing about it in one of these other posts now. People are so scared to admit that the left wants to erase any opinion it doesn’t agree with.

Comment on: Finally got one - banned from WhitePeopleTwitter for participating in THIS sub
Yeah. I had no clue what the justice served sub was until I got banned from it for somehow participating in another sub I hadn’t even heard of (probably upvoted something that showed up on my home feed?)

Comment on: OKAY WHAT IS GOING ON - Huge Auto-Mod Ban Waves?
I already suggested how to fix it in a separate comment. A critical part of problem solving involves accurately identifying the problem. Currently the problem is out of control left-leaning moderators. Sorry if acknowledging reality sucks because the people at fault aren’t the ones you want to be the “bad guys”.

Has the /r/conservative sub banned you based on participating in other subs recently? Didn’t think so. The roles can be reversed any time. Only one side continues to engage in this.

I hope they do. I just submitted a moderator complaint for this exact reason.

The difference is, most of the people being banned at the moment haven’t actually said anything in the white people Twitter sub, that directly caused the ban. If your participation in it got you booted, then that’s a very different conversation.

Nothing will change until people start complaining to the Reddit admins in bulk, and considering that the majority of Reddit is left leaning, you won’t get enough complaints to make a difference.

The Trump subreddit is banned from existence, so I highly doubt it’s the same thing. I also don’t remember them banning anyone for just participating in a sub like this.

At that point I’d just say f it and avoid that sub. Why bother? It’s not even entertaining.

lol…should see the Michigan or Detroit subs. They’ll have photos of protestors calling for the end to Israel as a country, and people commenting in support of it saying it’s just “protests against zionism”.

Comment on: Libertarian subreddit isn't so libertarian
You being born in a country that teaches you to make assumptions, and operate under the principle that you know better than anyone else you're talking to, has done you a lot of favors? Crazy how low the average test scores are here in the states. Imagine having this much freedom and access to education, and squandering it under the belief that you already know everything.

Having been born and raised in a communist country, I suspect that I know a whole lot more about socialism than you do. Be careful not to fall off that high horse though.

Comment on: Libertarian subreddit isn't so libertarian
FWIW, most libertarians I know, are right leaning when faced with a choice between the two. You suggesting that they should include more conservative candidates in that meme more or less goes against that particular subs stance on socialism. I think a ban is harsh, but you’d similarly get the same treatment in any left-leaning sub if you shared a message against their POV

They definitely eat their own. I think Rogan has even endorsed Bernie Sanders at some point in the past? Because he hunts and critiqued Fallon Fox, competing in the UFC he’s suddenly a right wing nut job.

They tried to make it sound like it was an act of bettering the Reddit community [post link](https://www.reddit.com/r/JusticeServed/s/pZr91De1lj) And basically ended up banning tons of people for participating in things like joe rogan’s sub.

Viable alternative would be allowing moderators from both sides of the spectrum (less and more censorship) to be able to have a quorum on decisions but instead its power hungry losers who were picked on in school, now abusing their powers. Being able to get muted from messaging a moderator, but not being able to see who it is you’re messaging, is the most lopsided nonsense period. This whole system exists in a fantasy world where moderators would be perfectly impartial, which we know is practically impossible when dealing with humans.

I got a temp ban from the /r/michigan sub because I said that "mentally ill people were complaining they were losing healthcare coverage". The mods messaged me, after the ban, and said "Gender Dysphoria is NOT a mental illness" Odd, because the de facto standard for medical diagnostics of mental illnesses, the DSM-IV, specifically has "Gender Dysphoria" in there.

You’re either incredibly naïve, or missing the textured portion of the pink part, go to the sub now and sort it by any criteria you’d like. Yea, it’s very common that after some time controversial posts will be flared users only. That’s because people like you seem to love brigading that sub with nonsense and calling everyone a Nazi, which you’ve already proven in here as well. Go post things other than repeating NPC nonsense and maybe you will be reciprocated with a more welcoming experience. Or go screech some more. I honestly couldn’t care less, but don’t respond to my comments whining about a reality that exists only in your head.

Funny that rather than actually trying to have an adult debate there, you thought insulting someone was the appropriate response instead. In this case, it’s obvious that nothing of value is lost if your participation there isn’t allowed

In the US AND on left Reddit subs concerning US politics, it is absolutely a left-wing position to call people trump supporters, nazis, and “MAGATS”. Outspoken liberal media personalities like Michael Eric Dyson were literally made infamous by calling Trump supporters “Maggots” Feel free to google how many left leaning politicians refer to Trump supporters as Nazis, Maggots, and the like.

The problem is one group (moderates) will age out much sooner than later, and the future (extreme leftists) will likely replace them. I’m not interested in pursuing the direction of the green new deal, or other leftist policies proposed by AOC or her “SQUAD”. I have nothing against improving health insurance or free college education in the US, so I’m not exactly “right” either, but I would prefer not to be taxed any more than we already are, for benefits we don’t actually get.

Sure, but the same nuance applies to the current democrat party. By textbook definition, Biden would be a moderate in America, while AOC would be a true “leftist”

Agreed, and same here. The idea that it’s socially acceptable (and encouraged on Reddit) to label anyone right leaning as a Nazi is part of root problem of how we got here

On the contrary, I’ve recently had a sub ban reversed because I pointed out that I quoted something someone else said to me, as opposed to me being the one that said it (and getting reported). The mods were still aholes about it by implying that I “baited” them, but if a person says something stupid to you, you shouldn’t be at fault for it. You never pushed the reply button for them. Everyone has free will.

The current discussion is Ukraine war, and Tucker Carlson interviewing Putin, but nothing like unsubstantiated lies to prove your point about how much a sub dislikes immigrants. I’m sure with how much they just can’t stand immigrants, they must have really struggled giving me the “conservative immigrant” flair /s

I wouldn’t agree. Let’s ignore the name calling entirely and discuss the one-sidedness as a whole. It’s a fact that most moderation and censorship across social media is to the benefit and enforcement of the left. Elon musk literally bought Twitter to stop the above from happening.

GAFS was going to ban myself and another user for leaving feedback from an older transaction after the transition to their new feedback system. The span of time was something insignificant like 3 days.
