r/politics has never not been a left wing echo chamber, ever. I joined reddit in like 2010 and it was a liberal cesspool even then. It was one of the first default sub's that I unsubscribed from.

"If you don't let trans athletes absolutely demolish their female competition, you hate them". I'm also guessing you don't play or care about sports at all.

If anything, reddit would remove things that make Ukraine look bad. More than likely censored because it would spark empathy for Americans in some way.

They should have left it up so that it could have been eviscerated for being the false and misleading paper it is. ​ edit: The author of this paper has been putting out garbage like this for a long time. Uncensored news mods are absolutely racist. The banner at the top (at least before I unsubscribed) had symbols of white power at the top. It's blatant. I sent a message to the mods and got muted for it.
