Well, to start, equity, being equal outcome, has been the driver behind the most destructive social movements of the last century, killing hundreds of millions of innocent people. Inclusion is simply not a virtue, and is the anthem of the underdeveloped narcissist. Normally, as adults mature, they realize that exclusion is the normal process of a healthy, functioning society. the creation of organizations focused on achieving mutual goals requires the exclusion of all others who do not share the goals or do not contribute towards its attainment. Finally, diversity is divisive by nature. In fact, the word "diverse" itself comes from Latin "diversus" meaning "split apart" or "turned separate ways". If you want to go to NYC and I want to go to Chicago then we naturally will split. If you want to write everything in Python and I write everything in Rust then we're going to have problems. Consider this: let's say you disagree with me that diversity is divisive. In that case you and I are divided on the matter. Why are we divided on the matter? Because of the diversity of opinions among us. Simply having diversity inherently divides us.

They want to be victims so badly because with victimhood comes privilege. Normally you have to earn things. When you're a victim people just give it to you, because you're a victim. Also, the average sinner these days thinks being oppressed makes you the Good Guy. The reality is that it makes you the Weak Guy. It could be that you're just as much a rat bastard as the guy pushing you around, only he's stronger
