Comment on: Citibank just got a $500 million lesson in the importance of UI design
Haha, awesome article. I hate poor design and processes like this and to see it from Citibank, even better justice. What a stupid process.

Pretty interesting, they dont seem to be targeting business users, that market seems to be strongly favoring slack. But I wish slack had a voice option.

Yes.
Comcast makes it difficult to use your own router, they whitelist every router so you cant just swap it.
My landlord is too fucking lazy to call and it's under his name, so we are stuck splitting the fee.

Comment on: Why ‘Chat Banking’ is the Future of Financial Services
My bank also does this chat service and they do it pretty well. They do not use Automation in the chat which I think is a horrible idea if your focus is on customer service. Automated chat Bots are so frustrating to actually use and nine times out of ten do not solve the issue. My bank also has 24 hour live reps so they do not have a need for automation even though they would save money.
I agree with the article that customer service is one of the most important things in banking.
