I did it for a while, it was perfectly doable though suboptimal on several levels. Alternative search engines in particular are terrible when it comes to non-English locales.

Ah yes. The good old "rebranding when you have rested on your laurels for too long" method. Good to see AMD back in the race, Intel's monopoly on performance has lasted just a little bit too long for my taste.
