Comment on: Banned from /r/News for breaking rule 8, which isn’t a bannable rule only comment removal, unless advocating for death. Admins let their bias get in way, and ban me for calling someone an NPC, because they insulted me. First time offense too.
> However, instead of discarding it, they've decided that ~70% of the population isn't made up of real people. I personally think they're cats in adult costumes. But that's really left up to interpretation.

I understand and sympathize with your frustration of the narrative that "an immigrant is an immigrant is an immigrant". Not all immigrants are the same and people love to conflate and change definitions to suit their argument. You can be pro or anti immigration but let's not pretend that an immigrant coming here in the 1800's is the same as some student from Saudi Arabia overstaying their student visa. There are different types of immigrants and pretending there isn't is just so dishonest.

> Join us at /r/goldandblack :) Oh boi. I love you AnCaps but we disagree on many topics. I at least believe you guys unlike them AnComs who I think are just authoritarians waiting to get power. At least I don't think AnCaps are going to put me up against the wall so I can appreciate you guys on that level but you guys are a bit crazy. Again, I think you should vote for representatives you like and I won't try to fuck with you, I believe in pluralism and I think AnCaps definitely have an interesting perspective to bring to the table. But y'all would think I'm a state cocksucking neo-con over there.

I understand that and I said as much. But in a subreddit called "RedditCensors" I would be hoping there would be a pretty unison "this is wrong" and not "Oh yeah, they have *white nationalists* in that sub? How icky! White people acting as an ethnic block is so in violating of my social norms!" We live in a time where white nationalists are treated as the fucking boogeyman nonstop and they are constantly censored and oppressed by the mainstream even though their black/hispanic/ect counterparts are left more-or-less alone. It is important to stand firmly in favour of their free speech (obviously not calls to action & shit) because the people who want to censor white nationalists want to censor everyone to the right of Mao. I get I'm being a little bit of an autist on this point but it's so important that I don't like an equivocation of the issue.

I don't want white nationalists censored. Them being icky and saying mean things isn't justification enough for having them banned in my opinion. I understand you're not saying to censor them but you're coming damn close to apologia for their censors.

I get it. Sometimes people can be jerks. I am a gay dude and I get shit on by some members of my right-wing ideology as well but that doesn't mean I stop believing in things because there are assholes in the world or that I'm happy that people get censored because there are assholes in their movement. I want you to be brown Western chauvinist, I want to be a gay right-winger, and I want r\SJWHate to be uncensored. I just want everybody to be left alone.

Comment on: It's the censorship Olympics over at /r/OutOfTheLoop as the mods have to deal with some uncomfortable but rule-abiding explanations of Dinesh D'Souza's "Death of a Nation" movie. Next event: 4D Chess as they attempt to explain away their rationale for removing perfectly good replies.
>The title is also a **deliberate** reference to the very racist 1915 film Birth of a Nation, in which the heroic Klan saves some white women from dirty black Union deserters (portrayed by white men in blackface) This is not an "unbiased" answer in the slightest. "Death" is close to "Birth" which means "Birth of Nation" which means Republicans love the KKK. Fucking dumb.

Well, Amazon, y'know the people who made an empire based on selling books, disagrees with you. >Your link including "The Life Changing Magic of Tidying-up" Literally judging a book by it's cover. That's a great argument there buddy. Please throw some more of that logic at me.

When you see a book at the top of best seller list under "Philosophy" and then go on to claim he doesn't say a word about philosophy, you have to provide something more than "nuh-uh"

Can people be more than two things at once? How does he help people with his books? Is it, oh I don't know, talking about *philosophy* and how it can be applied to better themselves?

Jordan Peterson has a book that talks about personal philosophy people should apply to their lives. Apparently reaching the top of Amazon books bestseller list isn't enough to placate to you about him being an intellectual. Your distaste for the man doesn't mean he isn't an intellectual. Slavoj Žižek isn't someone I personally agree with but that doesn't mean he's not a philosopher.

> I'm fine with shutting down Peterson's brand of faux intellectualism. And there it is, you only give a shit about censorship when it's about shit you like. I don't even believe you'd give a shit if the gov't of Canada banned him from speaking, just empty platitudes from you because you know you can't be *that* transparent about your totalitarian ideology.

Hey, if it gets lunatics like you away from censoring everything I welcome the downvotes. It's almost as if you can disagree with wanting to BAN their position.
