Comment on: Banned from r/politics
I highly doubt it, unless your dispute involved an infraction against reddit terms of use (threats of violence or some such).  I’ve been banned from multiple subs and, although I never waste time arguing with mods, I have no doubt my original comment infuriated them enough to delete my account if that were possible.  If I may be so bold as to make a suggestion:  don’t argue bans with mods.  They are not going to change their mind, and I suspect they enjoy the interaction because they are in a position of power and all you can do is vent at them.  I only ever either ignore the ban, or message back “I’ll wear this ban as a badge of pride” and move on.

Comment on: Banned from r/politics
The difference is, r/conservative makes no claims towards being unbiased, their bias is literally built into the subreddit’s name.  In contrast, r/politics is making an implicit claim that the only politics that should be viewed are leftist politics.

Comment on: Got banned in /r/ask Reddit for calling spez a fucking pussy…on a post about Reddit being so liberal
I’m banned from over a half-dozen subs simply because I subscribed to a sub they didn’t like.  In some cases I had never even commented on their sub.  It’s not at all hard to get banned from a lot of subs and it doesn’t necessarily mean you are antisocial.

Comment on: Got banned by the people who advocate free speech
>> I have been banned from multiple liberal subs without ever having posted in them. Just the fact that I have posted in subs they don't approve of.  Same here.  In fact, sometimes I never even got a notification, I only find out when I try to comment.  And I would also add, not all of these subreddits were intrinsically “liberal”, I assume it’s that their mods are liberal.
