Comment on: Chinese cyber power is neck-and-neck with US, Harvard research finds - CyberScoop
This'll happen when a country with a population of over 1 billion is given modern technology and research, heavily invested in because it's considered an 'emerging market' and allowed to do whatever they want for 50+ years, all the while having a leader that want to make their country a global powerhouse by any means necessary. They'll overtake the US before long on all fronts except maybe cultural pressure which will take a while longer since China don't speak English as their primary language, when you have such a unified governing body with so much industrial capacity it's no wonder they're growing so damn fast. Countries should be investing into India as much as possible to create a counter balance, otherwise things will get hairy.
